AUSTIN- According to a newly released report by the Texas Association of Business (TAB), Employers and Health Care: Crisis and Solutions, health insurance premiums continue to rise – but are rising at a lower rate than in recent years. Nonetheless, health care coverage remains out of reach of many Texas families, the report found.
