TAB has formed a committee to provide a forum for employers who are nonsubscribers to the workers' compensation system. The purpose of theis committee is to receive input from employers regarding legislative issues that affect nonsubscription so that TAB can more efffectively lobby the Texas Legislature on nonsubscriber issues. The committee will also be developing public relations materials to educate legislators and the public regarding nonsubscription.
